Join Janice Jackson at a Town Hall Meeting

Janice Jackson, CEO of Chicago Public Schools, will be hosting a town hall meeting to hear from parents and community members about how our schools can best support Chicago students and families. The meeting will take place on Monday, May 21st at Amundsen High School at 6:00 p.m.

At the meeting, Dr. Jackson will provide a brief overview of the state of our schools and reserve the majority of the time for parents to speak.

Bell administration will be present and hope you can join them at this informative meeting.

Steppin' Success

Thank you so much to everyone for participating in and donating to Steppin' Around the World 2018! We had so much fun this year, and together, we raised nearly $53,000. 10 classrooms exceeded their fundraising goal and many others came very close, which is fantastic. The money we raised will go to support critical Bell School programs not funded by the Chicago Public Schools. Hopefully, everyone also had a great time dancing and watching the videos. Thank you again for your support - we can't wait until next year!

State of the School Address on May 17th

Join us at the monthly Local School Council meeting in May to hear Ms. Miller present the State of the School address. The presentation will include information about our new school improvement plan, test scores, budget priorities, and much more. The meeting will take place on Thursday, May 17th at 7:00 p.m. in the school library. All parents and community members are invited to attend.
