Report Card Conference Scheduling Now Available

3/27/2019

Report card pick up day is Wednesday, April 10th from 11:00 a.m. until 6:00 p.m. No classes will be held for students on that day. Bell will continue to use the same online conference scheduling system, which will allow parents to schedule and manage their parent-teacher report card conference schedules at their convenience. The system will be open to parents beginning Monday, March 25th at 9:00 a.m. and will close at 11:59 p.m. on Monday, April 8th. The link to the conference scheduling page is:

myconferencetime.com/bellcps or bit.ly/BellConferences

Please adhere to the following guidelines when scheduling your child’s conference:
  • Families in 5th, 6th, 7th and 8th grades are asked to sign up for appointments with their homeroom teachers only. If parents would like to meet with teachers other than the homeroom teachers, please email those teachers directly and additional appointments can be scheduled separately.
  • Families with students in grades K-5 should sign up for one conference slot with their child’s homeroom teacher.
  • Parents can sign up for conferences with specials teachers (gym, art, library, music, and Chinese) using this system.
We hope you find this system convenient and easy to use. If you have any questions, please feel free to call the main office.
